INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by contacting our reservations team via phone call or e-mail. All reservations are subject to availability.
CHILD POLICY
Child Policy: Up to 7 years old, free of charge (max. 2 children)
PET POLICY
Pets are allowed (limited to dogs and cats). Pet fee is ₱2,500 / pet / night
PWD / SENIOR DISCOUNT POLICY
Persons with disability and senior discount of 20% applicable to all bookings.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is until 12:00 PM. Requests for early check-in / late check-out will be subject to availability and confirmation with our Front-Desk Manager, and may incur a fee (see below).
Early check-in between 2:00am - 9:59am will be charged the full room rate.
Early check-in between 10:00am - 12:00pm will be charged half of the room rate.
Late check-out of less than 4 hours will be charged half of the room rate.
Late check-out of more than 4 hours will be charged the full room rate.
All guests are requested to present their Government issued ID or valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
Upon confirmation of your booking and signing of the agreement, cancellation shall no longer be accepted.
In case of cancellation, the client agrees to pay the cancellation charge equivalent to the total guaranteed cost.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfer for payment. Full payment is required upon booking.
BANK TRANSFER
All deposited payments to be made payable to LE DREAM HOTEL, through BANCO DE ORO (VIGAN BRANCH).

Please scan and email validated deposit slip to us for payment confirmation.
GUEST CONDUCT
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and not cause disturbance to other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any guest who does not adhere to this conduct.
LIABILITY
Le Dream Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on our website.

This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) sets forth the principles and standards of Le Dream Hotel for all suppliers, vendors, contractors, consultants, agents, and other providers of goods and services who do, or seek to do, business with Le Dream Hotel (“Suppliers”).

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries in which they operate.
BUSINESS INTEGRITY
Suppliers must conduct their business in an ethical manner. They must not engage in any form of corruption, bribery, fraud, or other illegal practices.
LABOR PRACTICES
